It is an environmentally-friendly plasticizer based on natural vegetable oil. It can effectively replace the dioctyl phthalate (DOP/DEHP) or dibutyl phthalate (DBP) plasticizers, to use for non-toxic and eco- friendly PVC products. With the features of low volatility, excellent thermal stability and better compatibility with PVC resin compared to DOP, at the same time it reaches European environmental standard. Now EFAME has been approved by FDA as one of the additives used in package for food and drug, and in other toys and home decoration material as well.
Based on the certain users feedback, using EFAME to partially replace DOTP during soft pvc production the plasticization of resin and the texture of the finished are both improved.
It is light yellow liquid at ordinary temperature. Freezing and congealing may happen under cold temperature. Depending on distribution regions and the needs of clients, we are able to provide corresponding ways of packaging and distribution, to ensure minimize transportation and storage costs for client. We have our own distribution division, by using tank lorry and van truck to deliver goods for surrounding customers.
